“I am a freshman in aerospace and mechanical engineering. Although my major doesn’t exactly line up with building a solar home, I joined Solar House because I dream of a future run by solar power and one where we are preserving earth’s resources. Being a part of Solar House and spreading our message could inspire future generations to follow this path to sustainable living. And maybe I could use what I learn from the team to fulfill my dream of building base stations and housing powered by the sun on Mars. My favorite part of being on the team is being surrounded by people who are so passionate about solar energy and being able to spread this passion to others.”
